WA Café Marylebone
9-week fit-out
This project was situated in Thayer Street, Marylebone, London, and involved a 9-week fit-out, which included 2 weeks for stripping out the previous tenant's store before commencing construction.
The construction phase included erecting new partitions to create the back-of-house areas for the kitchen, toilet, and office. We installed new tiles for both flooring and walls, as well as new wall panelling, joinery, fixtures, and fittings. Additionally, our responsibilities included installing electrical systems, fire systems, and HVAC infrastructure. Build cost of £185,000 + VAT
Papa Noodle
This project took place on New Oxford Street in Holborn, London, with a 15-week timeline for completion and delivery to the client. Since this was a new unit, no strip-out was necessary. The construction work involved breaking out the existing concrete slab to accommodate a new steel staircase and mezzanine.

This project was located on Woolwich High Street, with a 10-week timeline for completion and delivery to the client. The first 2 weeks were spent stripping out the previous tenant's store before starting construction.
The construction work included installing a new walk-on basement door that needed to be tiled, building partitions, fitting doors, tiling, installing hygiene cladding in the kitchen area, fitting suspended grid ceilings in both the kitchen and front of house area, and installing all joinery, fixtures, and fittings. We also installed a new shopfront to this store. Additionally, we coordinated and managed the installation of electrical systems, fire systems, HVAC, cold rooms, and kitchen equipment. This German Doner Kebab project was a kiosk located in the food court of Meadowhall Shopping Centre in Sheffield. We had a 6-week timeframe to complete the fit-out and hand over to the client, with work permitted only during off-hours from 12am to 6am.
The project encompassed all construction tasks, including tiling, installing hygiene cladding in the kitchen area and installing all joinery, fixtures, and fittings. Our second German Doner Kebab project was on Eltham High Street. Initially, we had a 10-week timeline to complete the fit-out and hand it over to the client, but due to Covid-19, the project took 13 weeks to finish. This project included a 2-week period to strip out the previous tenant's store before starting construction.
The construction work involved building partitions, fitting doors, tiling, installing hygiene cladding in the kitchen area, fitting a suspended grid ceiling in the kitchen, and installing all joinery, fixtures and fittings. We also installed a new shop front to this store. Additionally, we coordinated and managed the installation of electrical systems, fire systems, HVAC, cold rooms, and kitchen equipment. The O2
Our initial German Doner Kebab project was at The O2 in Greenwich, a prestigious location where Mudita Group is proud to be an approved contractor.
Our first GDK fit out. 9 week build

Snap Fitness Eastbourne
Project lasted 12 weeks
The interior fit-out of this gym was situated in Langney Shopping Centre in Eastbourne. The project lasted 12 weeks and involved erecting partitions to establish new spaces like changing rooms and a studio.
We also handled tiling, installed new flooring, and fitted all required joinery, fixtures, and fittings. Additionally, our responsibilities included installing electrical systems, fire systems, and HVAC infrastructure. Build cost of £280,000 + VAT
UFC Gym Nottingham
Project spanned 14 weeks
The interior fit-out of this gym was located on Huntingdon Street in Nottingham. The project spanned 14 weeks and included constructing partitions to create new areas such as changing rooms, studios, a cryotherapy room, and a sauna.
We also built a new lobby, completed tiling, fitted new flooring, and installed all necessary joinery, fixtures, and fittings. Additionally, our scope encompassed installing electrical systems, fire systems, and HVAC infrastructure. Build cost of £1.1m + VAT
Class by UFC Gym Woking
Over the course of 12 weeks
This gym interior fit-out project was located on Victoria Road in Woking. Over the course of 12 weeks, we undertook several key tasks: building a new mezzanine floor to establish the gym area, installing a raised timber floor, and constructing partitions for new facilities such as changing rooms, a sauna, and a cryotherapy room on the ground floor.
Additionally, we created a new lobby, tiling throughout the space, fitted new flooring, and installed all necessary joinery, fixtures, and fittings. Moreover, we were responsible for installing comprehensive electrical systems, fire systems, and HVAC. Build cost was £550,000 + VAT
Private Residential Project
With the client loving the style of upmarket Mayfair bars and bistros, the brief was to create a basement space for entertaining and relaxing at home.
The space includes a bar area with a pool table, a home theatre, a gym, a seating area, and WCs, with exits to both the garden and the home above. The project involved creating a new entrance, complete waterproofing, structural alterations, and a full mechanical and electrical fit-out. The latest Crestron Home Automation system was integrated for flexible control of lighting, blinds, fireplaces, audio-visual, and more.
We completed the high-end fit-out with all wall, floor, and ceiling finishes, bespoke fitted furniture, and wall panels.

The Meadows Shorne
This project spanned 18 months and encompassed the construction of a single 5000 sq ft house and two 1200 sq ft bungalows.
The scope included landscaping to accommodate the new dwellings, establishing new utility connections, converting the existing barns, and completing interior fit-outs.
Due to the location's limitations, a bio-disk plant and underground gas tanks were installed on site. Build cost £1.1m + VAT
